 Mom said, "Son, our neighbors are poor. They ask us for something from time to time. I know there is salt in our kitchens, but I told them."
 He asked for salt so that he would not feel hesitant and embarrassed to ask us for anything, but he should understand that the neighbors can be asked for whatever they need, this is one of the rights of the neighbors.
